Shipping Fee
Japan:
Basic shipping fee: 550 yen (per delivery address)
When purchasing multiple items at the same time
If you order multiple items in one order, the shipping fee will be the shipping fee for one item as shown in the above price table. If you order a product with separate shipping fees and a product with shipping fees included at the same time, please also refer to the handling of products with shipping fees included. Shipping fees are calculated for each delivery destination.
*This is the price for products that do not include shipping charges and for which shipping charges are not set individually.

If you purchase multiple items with individual shipping charges in one order, all shipping charges set for each item will be added together.

Large purchase discount benefits
Free shipping is available for purchases of 3,980 yen (tax included) or more per delivery address. Shipping charges for individual items are subject to the large purchase discount benefit.

We deliver products via Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport. Depending on the size, weight, and delivery area of the product, the delivery company may be limited, so we will specify the delivery company.
Shipping costs are a flat rate of 550 yen (including consumption tax).
(Shipping to some areas such as Okinawa and remote islands costs 1,650 yen , and shipping is free for orders over 9,800 yen (tax included).)
Shipping is free for customers who purchase products worth 3,980 yen or more (tax included).
(Delivery to some areas, such as Okinawa and remote islands, is not available.)

About delivery services
Domestic:
Courier
Products are delivered by Sagawa Express (Yamato Transport only to some areas such as remote islands).
As the delivery company is limited depending on the size and weight of the product, we will select the delivery company here.
Shipping costs are a flat rate of 550 yen (including consumption tax).
(Shipping to some areas such as Okinawa and remote islands will cost 1,650 yen.)
●Shipping is free for customers who spend 3,980 yen or more (including tax). (Free Shipping to some areas, such as Okinawa and remote islands, is not eligible.)
●If you purchase two or more items and wish to have them delivered separately, shipping charges will be incurred for each item, even if your purchase total is 3,980 yen or more (tax included).
●After you place your order, we will inform you of the confirmed shipping fee in the order acceptance email, so please be sure to check it.
Regarding delivery date specifications, delivery date specifications are limited to dates within one month from the date of order.
Please note that we cannot accept delivery requests more than one month in advance.
Regarding products shipped from external warehouses and directly from manufacturers
If the item is not gift wrapped, the price tag will be attached.
*Even if the orderer and the shipping address are different, if gift wrapping is not selected, the item will be shipped with the price tag attached.
*Items that cannot be gifted will be shipped with the price tag attached.
*Some items may not have price tags, but we are unable to check whether or not they come with tags.

Returns and Cancellations
[Returns in the event of defects or damage]
We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but if the product is damaged or soiled, if the item is different from your order, please contact us within 8 days of receiving it. We will promptly refund or exchange it.
(In this case, the shipping fee will be borne by our store.)
Please note that if the product is in limited stock and there is no alternative available, we will only accept returns.
[Returns due to customer convenience]
For product exchanges and returns, please contact us within 8 days of receiving the product.
In this case, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping and transfer fees.
Please note that the transfer fee will be as follows.
Fee to be paid by customer: 330 yen flat rate
[We cannot accept your request in the following cases]
- If you contact us after 9 days from the date of delivery
- If you do not return the item within 3 days after contacting us
- In the case of a product that has been used once
- Products that have been soiled or damaged by the customer
- If the product box, instruction manual, etc. are damaged, lost, or discarded
- Products that have been repaired or cleaned after delivery
- Other items that state on the product page that returns are not accepted
- Please note that due to the nature of underwear and other items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Regarding delivery notes and receipts
・In order to protect personal information, we do not enclose a delivery note (purchase details).
Please check the product details in the order confirmation email.
・You will need to download the receipt (and warranty and sales certificate) from the web yourself after the shipment is complete. We will send you a shipping completion email with the URL to issue the receipt.
・Receipts (as well as warranty and sales certificates) will be sent to the email address you registered when placing your order, so if there are any changes to your email address, please let us know your new address as well.
・If you do not have access to a printing environment, please contact us by email or phone.
Customer Harassment
We endeavor to respond sincerely to inquiries and requests from customers, however, we may decline to respond to requests or behavior that are considered socially inappropriate, such as those listed below.
